Apogee Homes came to us with a strong brand foundation but needed a clear social strategy to match their reputation for quality and design. Their social presence didn’t fully capture the warmth, personality, and trust that define their client experience. They wanted to build awareness in a new market, connect more deeply with potential buyers, and highlight the unique “from dirt to keys” process that sets them apart without feeling like just another luxury builder on Instagram.

The Solution

We developed a social strategy that brought the Apogee brand to life online, warm, modern, and personal. The new approach highlights both the quality of their work and the people behind it - Lindsay and Chris, by balancing educational content, lifestyle inspiration, and BTS storytelling. We introduced project walkthroughs and relatable humor to humanize the brand and differentiate Apogee from competitors who focus solely on polished before vs. after project imagery. Each content pillar was designed with a specific idea - educational posts to establish authority, lifestyle and design inspiration to spark connection, and storytelling videos to build trust and familiarity.
