WHAT WE MANAGE…
Social Media
The
Problem
The Dress Theory is an intentional, fashion-forward designer bridal boutique with locations in San Diego, Seattle, and Nashville. They are sought after because of their unique selection of high-end designers and top-tier styling services. Though much time and intention is put towards their premium in-store experience, their internal team was not able to give social media the time and effort necessary to be on par with the brand’s needs. The Dress Theory came to us looking to create consistency on social media to engage their audience, make their page a hub for bridal inspiration, and convert their followers into customers by booking appointments on the website.

The Solution
We leveraged four social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok, and created an in-depth strategy for each to engage their cool audience, and create a sense of trust with followers. We employed content that not only showed off The Dress Theory’s unique value but also created a closer connection to their audience through education and reducing stress around the wedding shopping experience. Building The Dress Theory’s social presence to align with their incredible in-store experience helped increase their KPIs and lead to more website conversions.
