THE PROBLEM

This client came to us with a well-established personal brand on social media that they were looking to translate into a community hub for their app. Though the Strive by KK Fit app page had a large following, they wanted the brand to reflect the tone of voice and expertise of its creators, making it a go-to for information and community. They also wanted to elevate the grid look and feel while staying true to their brand colors and elements. 

The Solution

Our creative director presented the Strive by KK Fit team with two grid options that used elements of their brand while elevating them to a more up-market standard. Once we received approval from the client on grid aesthetics, we got to work honing in the brand tone of voice. We conducted extensive research and communicated closely with the KK Fit team to perfect their personality and perspective, resulting in value-packed content that could only come from their page. Finally, we implemented a community-first strategy that prioritized communication with app users, giveaways, and opportunities to engage. This resulted in an increase in engagement over their first two months with COCO, turning their social media into a hub for app users and fitness enthusiasts.
