THE PROBLEM

Radish Kitchen, a fast, casual, healthy restaurant in Nashville and Franklin, Tennessee, approached our agency, hoping to enhance brand recognition and expand its reach among its local community. Despite serving salads, bowls, and wraps filled with fresh, local ingredients, Radish Kitchen needed help differentiating itself in a saturated market and attracting customers amidst competition from well-established fast-food brands.

The Solution

Our team began creating a comprehensive strategy tailored to elevate brand awareness and foster engagement across Instagram and Facebook. We completed a competitor analysis and social positioning map to identify how we could best position Radish amidst a sea of local and national fast-food chains. From there, our Creative Director crafted a visually cohesive grid that reflected Radish’s branding and exuded a fresh and vibrant vibe synonymous with the brand's values. Then, by leveraging the insights from our strategy deck, our team focused on creating content that resonated with Radish Kitchen's target audience, including educational Reels, pop-culture memes, and relatable carousels. Because of Radish’s desire to target specific locations, we also created and implemented an in-depth paid ads campaign that significantly increased their impressions and traffic to their website.
