Sciton is a trusted leader in medical aesthetics with powerful technology and real results, but the social media feeds in this industry are crowded and often overly clinical or promotional. Much of the content across the space focuses on product features, events, or polished launches, which makes it hard to stand out or build genuine connection. Sciton needed a clearer, more engaging way to show up on social - one that spoke to both providers and patients, balanced education with personality, and turned authority into content people actually wanted to engage with, save, and share.

We created a social media strategy that put the audience first. By leading with real pain points, emotions, and cultural moments, we helped Sciton communicate their expertise in a way that felt more relatable and human, without losing credibility. We clarified content pillars, strengthened hooks, and introduced more shareable formats that blend education, humor, and real results. Within the first reporting period, Instagram surpassed 1M impressions, and average daily reach reached 10.8K, exceeding the original 3-month SMART goal. On TikTok, impressions more than doubled, from 8K to 19K, while overall engagements increased as we leaned into TOF-friendly, personality-driven content.
