on the role

If you’ve followed us on Instagram, you probably get the idea that team culture is not just something we preach, but we practice. Here is a bit more info on the role, the benefits, and the team so you can decide if it feels aligned with what you’re looking for.

  • We’re looking for a strategic social media manager (we call them Account Owners here at COCO). You will be responsible for 3 social media management clients including content ideation, content creation, copywriting, scheduling, posting, client comms, implementing strategy, community engagement, etc.

    This is a full-time, fully remote role.

  • Full time, fully remote role

    Starting salary range $55,000-$60,000 depending on skill level

    Education resources and financial support to further your skills (personal development, courses, etc)

  • Please include 2 story mockups (minimum 3 slides each) for Coastal Collective Marketing (@coastalcollectivemarketing)

  • Please include at least 3 Reel and/or TikTok examples you’ve made in the past 6 months

  • Please include your resume (including all tools you’re proficient in)

  • Note that any mockup work submitted will not be used in any way by COCO and is only used to determined design, copy, and brand implementation skill level.
